- Brand new – 10,000 litre capacity – compliant with EN 12285-2 (replacing DIN 6616), above-ground, double-walled, including test certificate. Equipped with an electronic level indicator (Smartbox 3).

Tank Description:

The tank is equipped with two saddle feet, a manhole with dome cover, and comes with the following fittings:

- 1 filling pipe with TW cap (filling cap) and dip tube
- 1 gauge pipe with dipstick and dipstick cap
- 1 vent pipe with vent hood

- 1 brand new overfill prevention device with type approval (AIII)
- 1 ladder, as well as 1 spare socket for withdrawal purposes
- 1 optical leak detector with type approval and leak detection liquid

The tank is supplied externally primed on untreated steel sheets.

Recommendation:
We recommend sandblasting the outside of the tank, priming, and completely repainting in sky blue RAL 5015 (see sample photo). Other RAL colour shades available on request!

SmartBox 3 Description:

Features audible and visual alarm indicators for minimum/maximum fill levels, including additional control function via relay output, suitable for non-pressurised tanks with liquid operating media such as heating oil (HEL), diesel (DK), etc., comprising:

- 1 stainless steel hydrostatic measuring probe with 6 m connection cable (measuring range for HEL/DK up to 2.9 m tank height)
- 1 display unit with two-line LCD display
- 1 relay with both normally open and normally closed contacts (maximum 250 V AC – maximum 3.5 A)
- 1 integrated optical and audible alarm

A freely selectable minimum or maximum fill level between 0 and 99% can be defined.

Function:
The tank contents are determined via the selected probe and transmitted to the display unit as a 4-20 mA signal. After entering the tank data on commissioning, the measurement values are automatically converted and displayed. Measurement data can be shown in litres, percentage volume, or fill height in centimetres. The maximum permissible delivery volume (free space), menu language, and display can be set in German, English, or French.
