The structure of the main body is a monolithic construction made from thick-walled steel. It is reinforced with welded triangular plates across the entire machine bed, resulting in extremely high stability. The use of triangle shapes with a large base for load-bearing components is the secret to long-lasting precision and stability. The layout of the machine allows optimal workflow for the operator despite minimal space requirements. The basic body, constructed this way, provides the machining unit with a balanced and secure foundation, offering excellent load distribution.

The mobile unit carrier is built as a solid monoblock. In the X direction, it is positioned on prismatically ground guides with linear recirculating ball bearing slides. Mounted on this mobile unit carrier, the working unit is also installed on prismatic, ground guides and recirculating ball bearing slides.
