1. General Description of the Plant
The production line in question is a window and door manufacturing line, model Windor 60/100, produced by SCM Group in 2005.
This is a CNC-controlled angle machining centre for the industrial processing of frame and sash components. The facility is designed for series production and enables precise, repeatable machining through integrated process steps.
2. Main Components of the Plant
2.1 Angle Machining Centre SCM Windor 60/100
The SCM Windor 60/100 is of modular construction and designed as an angle system. Machining is performed on a tenoning side and a profiling side, arranged at right angles to each other.
The centre combines multiple operations such as milling, drilling, grooving, rebating, and tenoning into a continuous CNC-controlled process.

2.2 Fleximat Drilling Centre
The Fleximat drilling centre is integrated into the line and serves the precise execution of boreholes for joints and fittings.
Machining is CNC-controlled, equipped with both vertical and horizontal drilling units.

2.3 Profiler Centre
The profiler centre is designed for profile-forming milling work and comprises two machining sides:
Right side:
* Lifting spindle with height adjustment
* For variable profile and contour machining
Left side:
* 24-position tool changer
* Automatic tool change to minimise set-up times
* Suitable for complex profile milling
2.4 Löwer Surface Sanding Machine
A surface sanding machine from the manufacturer Löwer is integrated into the production line.
The machine is used exclusively for surface sanding and serves to improve the surface quality of processed components.
3. Control, Operation and Safety
The system is equipped with CNC control, which manages all machining operations, tool changes, as well as feed and spindle movements.
Operation is conducted semi- or fully-automatically by trained technical personnel.
The safety equipment complies with the state of the art at the time of installation (year of manufacture 2005) and specifically includes:
* Mechanical safety devices and enclosures
* Emergency stop equipment
* Safety interlocks on moving machine components
4. Optional Extension: SCM Topset XL Planing Machine (10-spindle)
To expand the existing machine park, the installation of a planing machine, type SCM Topset XL with 10 spindles, is planned.
The machine will be operated as a standalone machining station at a separate location within the production hall and will not be directly integrated into the Windor plant's CNC control.
The equipment is available and can be dismantled at any time. Dismantling and transport are to be organised by the buyer.
