GENERAL FEATURES
CNC-controlled drilling and milling centre in C-frame design, with worktable featuring adjustable workpiece supports and vacuum suction cups, suitable for:
- Vertical drilling on panel surfaces
- Horizontal drilling on all four workpiece edges
- Grooving with disk cutter in the X direction
- General milling tasks

Self-supporting structure and worktable
Frame made from welded steel construction with integrated control cabinet in the machine frame. Available in two different lengths and with standard workpiece supports or TV versions of the aggregate carrier.
Box construction from cold-rolled steel with internal stiffening ribs, protective devices with aggregate consisting of a drilling head with vertical spindles, horizontal spindles, an integrated grooving and saw unit, and an SCM electrospindle with tool quick-change system type HSK 63 F.

Travel paths of gantry and aggregate carrier
Movement in the X, Y, and Z axes is via linear prismatic recirculating ball guides, utilizing preloaded units. X-axis movement (moving gantry) is via preloaded, backlash-free rack and pinion drive with helical gear. Movement of the aggregate carrier in Y and Z direction is via preloaded guides.
Positioning of the machining units and control of the machine functions is performed using “brushless” three-phase servomotors and digital drives.

CNC CONTROL
The control unit consists of a CNC for milling and drilling machines and an upstream personal computer with a graphical user interface “XILOG PLUS”.
