Axles and suspension "Disc brake 22.5": Jost axle assemblies 3 x 9 tons with DC air suspension, raising and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake pad wear indicator (BVA) for display in the tractor unit (without tractor unit equipment), 1st and 3rd axle separately liftable with start-up aid (without tractor unit equipment), 3rd axle also with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension, tyre pressure monitoring Wabco Trailerpulse with ZF rim-mounted sensors.

Tyres and wheels: 6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5, manufacturer’s choice, Alcoa aluminium rims DuraBright-11, 75x22.5 ET 120, kingpin screwed into a 10 mm thick plate.

Landing gears: Aluminium drop supports, 2 x 10 t support load, for air suspension we use swivel feet.

Brake system: In accordance with ECE standards, dual-line brake system, Wabco EBS electronic braking system with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-loaded parking brake system acting on two axles, control at the rear, aluminium air reservoir system, premium modulator.

Electrical system: In accordance with StVZO guidelines with 2 Aspöck Europoint LED five-chamber lamps integrated in ALU rear, 24-volt system with 1x 5-pin and 2x 7-pin sockets, with side LED outline marker lamps, 2 separate LED work lights at the rear, 2 LED work lights since 1st at landing gear level, 1 interior LED work light front left, operable from outside.

Front wall load 17,250 dN, rear and side walls 10,250/13,400 dN, aluminium dump body, side walls 30 mm thick ALU plank profiles (2-3 mm) 600 mm wide fully welded with lower and upper flange, side profiles inside fully welded, floor as moving floor system on 140 mm ALU cross members, floor load approx. 7 t/m², cross members mounted closely (approx. 350 mm), ALU front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick in straight design, special angled ALU corner profiles, smooth straight rear wall with 2 ALU swing doors 50/30 mm thick, with 4 bolt locks in the welded ALU rear frame, mounted in PTFE and stainless steel bearings, running ALU wall suspended in reinforced ALU upper rail with Kevlar tarpaulin for residue-free emptying, side brush sealing and additional Kevlar side curtain, integrated discharge funnel with folding cover plate at floor closure, operable from outside left rear, rear left viewing window, 1 sampling slider in each rear door (2 pieces), service door front left.

Hydraulic system: "Cargo Floor" moving floor system built into the floor with hydraulically operated ALU profiles running on ALU square profiles with approx. 670 PE-HD sliding elements, floor thickness approx. 6 mm, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm, fixed connections at front wall, separate connection option for hydraulic hose under the vehicle with fixed halves, hose size NW 21, fixed halves to be specified in size and design, operating pressure 190 max. 240 bar, aluminium end pieces welded into the floor, electric control rear left with cable operation in lockable waterproof box.
