Chassis
Manufactured in self-supporting aluminum construction with corresponding reinforcements in the lower chord for particularly high stability and strength. Auxiliary chassis made of ALUMINUM, 140 mm frame height (max. 39 tons), axles and suspension "disc brake 22.5", Jost axle units 3 x 9 tons with DC air suspension, lifting and lowering function, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator (BVA) for display in the tractor unit (without tractor unit equipment), 1st and 3rd axle separately liftable with starting aid (without tractor unit equipment), 3rd axle additionally with Optiturn, ECAS air suspension.

Tires and Wheels
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5 as per manufacturer selection on Alcoa aluminum rims, satin finish, 11.75x22.5 ET 120 (with steel bolts + approx. 120 kg)

Landing Legs
Aluminum drop-leg supports, manuf. Alu-Leg, 2 x 10 ton support load, for air suspension we use swivel feet.

Brake System
According to E.E.C. standards, two-line braking system, EBS E-unit Wabco with RSS (Roll Stability Support), spring-loaded brake system acting on two axles operated at the rear, aluminum air reservoir system, premium modulator.

Electrical System
According to StVZO guidelines with 2 five-chamber tail lights type Aspöck Europoint III integrated into the aluminum end section, 24 volt system with 1x 15 pin and 2x 7 pin sockets, with LED outline marker lights on the sides, 2 work lights at the rear, 2 side-mounted LED work lights at the height of the landing legs, 1 LED work light inside at the front left operable from outside.

Moving floor system in the base with hydraulically operated aluminum profiles on ALU square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD gliders, approx. 8 mm floor thickness, hydraulic stroke approx. 200 mm, fixed ends at front wall, separate connection for hydraulic line under vehicle with fixed couplings, line size NW 21, fixed couplings with size and design to be specified, operating pressure 190-240 bar max., aluminum end pieces welded into floor, input rear left, cable control in lockable waterproof box, without hydraulic hoses.
