Cross Mullion Milling Machine STEGHERR TYPE KSF-mini

The KSF-mini enables all practically occurring cross mullion joints to be produced quickly and with a precise fit. Precise machining is achieved by clamping the workpiece once, allowing three-sided machining in a single setup. Tool drive is provided by two three-phase motors; clamping of the workpieces is pneumatic. The profile cutter is adapted to the width of the crossbar. The saw blades used for notching can be adjusted to the dimensions of the profile cutter using spacing rings. The swiveling device is backlash-free.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross-section of 56 x 46 mm.
