The personal Flash Chromatography System CombiFlash Companion can be operated and monitored from anywhere with any internet connection and Microsoft Windows® Explorer. It even notifies you by email as soon as the separation is complete. The advanced automation and communication features of the system provide you with maximum productivity and worry-free operation, allowing you to focus on other tasks while the purification runs. Locally, you control the system via the touchscreen controller with a clear and intuitive display. The optional solvent management module controls up to four solvents online and monitors solvent levels, ensuring you never run out of solvent unexpectedly.

The Companion utilizes precision-packed RediSep® Rf columns to deliver more purified material in less time compared to glass columns or other disposable columns. Columns ranging from 4 g to 330 g can be swapped quickly without additional hardware, enabling easy and rapid scaling from milligram to tens of grams of purified sample.

The CombiFlash Companion automatically detects column size and self-programs with optimal conditions for that column. To start a run, simply press “Play.” As the software is specifically designed for purification rather than analysis, you can adjust method parameters in real time. To modify the gradient during a run, simply click on a point in the gradient profile and drag it to the desired value to instantly change the solvent mixture.
