The Multiskan FC covers a wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm, enabling a variety of applications including enzyme kinetic studies and Lowry assays. The device delivers rapid and accurate measurements—for example, a complete read of a 96-well plate is possible in less than seven seconds. The instrument comes standard with linear shaking. An incubator model reaches incubation temperatures of up to 50 °C and can read 384-well microplates. The SkanIt software supports optimal instrument use through a visual workflow, easy data analysis, and export functions.

Wide Wavelength Range

A wavelength range of 340 to 850 nm supports a wide variety of applications such as ELISA immunoassays, protein quantification, endotoxin, cytotoxicity and proliferation assays, enzyme assays, and growth curves.

Pre-installed Filters

Equipped with an 8-position filter wheel and three standard filters at 405, 450, and 620 nm. Additional filters can be easily installed and ordered.
