Comprising the following units:

1.) Vacuum table with flat workpiece feed belt, vacuum track 780 mm in the center of the belt,
Belt feed motor approx. 3 kW, frequency-controlled for stepless feed
1 – 10 m/min,
Toggle switch for belt forward and reverse, digital display for belt speed
and stepless adjustment of table height. Suitable for wet processing.

2.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 15/19 kW,
Belt speed approx. 11-22 m/sec. with fine height adjustment and pneumatic
oscillation in cross direction, various sanding belts.

3.) Vertical sanding/deburring disc (disc brush system) approx. Ø 1200 mm,
consisting of self-adhesive non-woven abrasive available in various qualities,

specially designed for deburring and cleaning surfaces, and for rounding radii
on workpieces. Also suitable for workpieces with differing heights. Drive approx. 7.5 kW,
disc oscillates via motor (2.2 kW) across the full belt width.

4.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 18.5 kW,
Belt speed approx. 11 m/sec. with fine height adjustment and pneumatic
oscillation in cross direction, various sanding belts.

5.) Wet configuration = complete coolant system, comprising
band filter unit with integrated pump in machine base, rotary feedthrough
at the top of the deburring disc spindle, water return via the vacuum table,
as well as water mist separator installed above the machine, with blower approx. 5.3 kW. Side doors made of V2A sheet metal. Oil skimmer, etc.

6.) Side-mounted control panel with user-friendly controls and digital
position and speed display. Joystick for feed belt and
table adjustment, 3 x ammeters, etc., as well as workpiece pressure rollers front
and back, emergency stop
