A pre-owned and overhauled blister packaging machine, model UPS1030 ET (94/125)
Technical Data:

- Output maximum: 70 cycles/minute with PVC
- Maximum output: 50 cycles/minute with aluminum
Includes:
- Forming film roll holder with two clamping shafts, for max. roll diameter 800 mm, electro-mechanically folding, including cutting and adhesive table, finished in neutral grey
- Continuous infeed of forming material with non-contact loop control
- Contact heating with 6 individually controlled heating zones (3 zones per plate)
- Forming station prepared for PVC or aluminum forming film with four-column guide system
- Electrical preparation for pore and crack detection (Visio-Scan)
- Clamping jaw for securing forming film at machine stop in the forming station
- Servo-driven feed after the forming station, compensates for film shrinkage
- Contact cooling with servo-driven feed
- Cooling water connection for upper and lower forming tools and lower sealing tool
