Our "Basic" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper made in Europe, which ensures absolutely consistent results thanks to up to 10 programmable settings and thus reliably eliminates the “human factor”.

With the electromagnetic brake, the film tension can be adjusted to your needs and saved in the program settings. Within the programs, you can also set the speed of both the film carriage and the turntable. Head wraps and foot wraps can likewise be assigned to each program. In this way, you can create individual settings for every packaging schema to consistently achieve perfect wrapping results.

With a weight of 260 kg, this model is suitable for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Basic pallet wrapper features a 1,500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,000 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) and adjustable head and foot wraps are standard features. If you wish to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift via integrated cutouts.
