Intuitive Operation via Siemens PLC Control with Touch Display

To ensure that the electronics are perfectly matched to the machine, we design, build, and wire our control cabinets in-house. We use only high-quality components—for example, from Siemens or Rittal. Intuitive touch interfaces allow for quick adjustments. Features such as adjustable pusher cycles or stops ensure high throughput. Built-in overload protection also prevents damage to the machine.

No Material Bridging Thanks to Self-Clearing Hopper Design

The hopper performs multiple functions. It is the entry point for the material to be shredded—fed manually, mechanically, or by conveyor. The generously sized opening makes filling with large parts convenient. Crucially, its specially rounded front design effectively prevents material bridging. Even with bulky pieces, the shredder clears itself automatically. Hopper extensions and lids with gas struts are available as options.

Long-lasting Rotor Bearings via Offset Design

Rotor bearings, subject to extreme demands during shredding, must be especially robust. To prevent dust or foreign matter from penetrating the bearing, we have positioned it offset from the machine frame. This design also makes maintenance easy and access simple.
