The TH 714 machines are designed for operations requiring throughput rates of up to 150 kg/h. The robust press housing enables the production of high-density briquettes from materials such as wood, polystyrene, foam, light metals, paper, or biomass. Numerous additional options are available, including an oil cooler for multi-shift operation. All machines are available in left- or right-hand configurations. Installation on a sturdy base frame ensures quick setup and allows for mobile use.

User-friendly operation thanks to Siemens PLC control

To meet our performance standards, we design and manufacture all control cabinets in-house at our Ilsfeld site and equip them with well-known international components. This guarantees top quality in a compact design. The Siemens PLC control system is perfectly tailored to the requirements of the briquetting process.

Contaminant-resistant feed screw with universal joint suspension

The feed screw, which transports material into the briquetting press pre-compressor, is suspended via a universal joint. This prevents contaminants from causing damage to the feed screw. As often, the specific application determines which suspension should be used. For metal applications, for example, we often recommend rigidly mounted screws.
