The environmentally friendly CNC servo press brakes from WEINBRENNER, model series WPS, represent a substantial improvement over the previous standard hydraulic machines. Up to 60% energy savings and higher angle precision. The tool holder and tools are compatible with the AMADA system. The press’s stability is enhanced by the closed frame design. To compensate for deflection, the press is equipped with a motorized CNC-controlled table crowning system (WILA system).

Equipment / Standard features:
- CNC control “ESA S875-2D”. Enables easy graphical programming of products. After the press of a button, the control calculates bending sequence and all axis positions (including collision warning); 15" TFT color touchscreen, USB interface, network connectivity, tool library for 50 punches and dies respectively. Graphical 2D programming, real-time 2D visualization during operation, up to 4 axes plus auxiliary functions.
- Ergonomically adjustable CNC control arm, height and side adjustable across 2 axes.
- Segmented upper tool, Amada system, manufactured in Italy, material C 50 (HRC 50-52), induction hardened and ground at working surfaces. Capacity: 100 t per meter. Standard delivery: segments: 2 x 835 mm, left and right horns 100 mm each, remainder in smaller increments. Height: 66.6 mm.
- Lower tool / 4-way prism block CroMo 4, ground 60x60 mm, standard V-openings: 16 - 22 - 35 - 50 mm
- 2-axis backgauge X-R, AC servo motors, travel: X = 0 mm, R = 160 mm, positioning accuracy +/- 0.03 mm, travel speed: 330 mm/s. Includes 3 laterally adjustable stop fingers.
- Laser safety system "FIESSLER" 2-beam, type AKAS / LCII, press operation possible only via foot pedal.

- Two front sheet supports laterally adjustable on linear guides, height adjustment via handwheel. Fitted with wide brush supports.
