The machine consists of:
Base frame with protective housing in a robust square tube construction, welded with steel sheet panels.
Base frame equipped with 2 brush units and 2 segmented conveyor belts.
The immersion depth adjustment is manual via linear guides with trapezoidal thread spindle and handwheel with position indicator.
Brush unit for brush diameter 150 mm. Brush shaft diameter 40 mm.
Adjustment bearing for setting the brush shaft.
2 pressure rollers per brush unit.
Pressure roller consisting of flanged ball bushings and linear shaft with compression spring.
Extraction port: 1 per brush unit, diameter 140 mm.
Conveyor belt: 300 mm wide with PVC belt and Supergrip coating.
Drive via frequency inverter and geared motor.
Control cabinet consists of:
Standing cabinet 1800 x 800 x 400 mm
Emergency stop device with emergency stop loop and
HOG stationary brushing machine BM300 “double-sided interference suppression push button”.
2 conveyor belts, 0.75 kW each
