The system was installed in 2019. Approximately 400 brews have been produced on it.
Currently, the system is operational and functions flawlessly.

• 3-vessel brewhouse 20 hl – mash tun, lauter tun, and wort kettle
• 2 hot water tanks, each 20 hl
Fermentation and storage technology China 2019
• 2 yeast tanks, each 50 liters – all tanks with jacket cooling
• 2 fermenters, each 25 hl – all tanks with jacket cooling

• 10 storage tanks – cylindrical-conical, 22.5 hl, 2.0 bar pressure, all tanks with jacket cooling
• 2 pressure tanks, each 22 hl, 2.0 bar pressure – all tanks with jacket cooling
• Cooling system – glycol with 20 hl tank and pump – digital control
• CIP system with pump

• Grain mill 500 kg/h – mill, malt hopper, floor scale
• Steam generator by Loos – with soft water tank, heated with liquefied gas
• Water softening system
