Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-formed tubes (closed with cap) made of plastic. Fully automatic feeding and alignment of tubes (rotation in the holder) via registration mark, as well as filling and sealing of tubes. Prior to filling, the tube is flushed with air to avoid contamination. 'No tube – no fill' is also a standard feature. The machine includes a water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor. PLC controlled, operated via touchscreen.
