AMTEC TF 300-80

Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, and general care products like shower gel, hair shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-formed tubes (closed with a cap) made of aluminium. Fully automatic feeding and orientation of tubes (rotation in the cradle) based on printed registration marks, as well as filling and sealing the tubes. Prior to filling, tubes are purged with air to prevent contamination. The 'no tube – no fill' function is included as standard. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of a pneumatic piston pump and a storage tank with level sensor, are all included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen. Available as optional extras (at additional cost): heated storage tank, agitator for storage tank, additional format sets (cradles) for various tube diameters, external tube infeed lift.
