VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products and a 10-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seal, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusseting tool required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photoelectric sensor (print mark detection) for seal/cutting position; pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film feed; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.
