AMTEC VFFS-MW H10-P50M

VFFS machine with 10-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusset stand-up pouches (gusset tool required) OR for pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The VFFS unit is operated in an inclined position to protect fragile products such as thin frozen foods or baked goods. The vertical form fill seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film pulling; thermal transfer coder for batch number, date, best-before date.
