VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products and 14-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset device required) OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical packaging machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photo sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; servo-driven sealing unit for end sealing; servo motor for film pull-off; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, best-before date.

- Multihead weigher specifications: Number of weigh heads: 14; weighing range (single discharge): 10-1500g; volume per weigh head: 1.6L; weighing accuracy: X(0.5); discharge gate: single gate; surface finish: smooth (optional dimpled surface); product-contact parts made of: AISI 304 (optional AISI 316 at extra cost).

- Free-fall metal detector specifications: Sensitivity: Fe from Ø 1.2mm, AISI from Ø 2.5mm; tube diameter: according to forming shoulder.

- VFFS machine specifications: Max. machine cycle rate (idle): 65 cycles/minute; bag size: L(70-270)xW(70-270)mm (double film draw-off for longer bags possible); suitable film width: 160-560mm; product-contact parts made of: AISI 304 (optional AISI 316 at extra cost); power supply: 220V, 50/60Hz; compressed air required: 0.4-0.8MPa.
