Complete version of the vertical packaging system with a 10-head multihead weigher (1.3 l/head), Z-type bucket elevator, platform, discharge conveyor belt, and rotary collection table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packing irregular bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, biscuits, nuts, confectionery, shrimp, industrial components and products like screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following features: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in various languages such as English and German), date printer, automatic program setup, mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual film transport capability, air extraction/air evacuation device (removes air from the bag before sealing – no vacuum is created), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra cost, if required).

Speed is adjustable. Table diameter: 1200mm (standard); stainless steel 304; 220V, 0.37kW. Stainless steel platform for access to the weighing unit and upper part of the packaging machine, dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 2x2x2m.

Complete system dimensions: approx. L3200xW3200xH3600mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be adapted to customer and product-specific requirements, so there may be deviations from the listed module and machine specifications.
