SCRAPER UNIT RB02

FLAT SCRAPER RC02
Unit for removing excess glue at the joint area between the edge and the panel. Equipped with tracing rollers and a flat knife with position control.

BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and polishing the workpiece edge with cloth buffing wheels. The unit automatically adapts to workpiece thickness.

ANTI-ADHESIVE SPRAY UNIT ADZ02
Precise application of anti-adhesive thanks to injectors activated by numerical control.

KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit consists of the following components:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimal glue application via:
- controlled glue roller tracing
- automatic disengagement in case of feed stop
- automatic ON/OFF of the gluing part
REVERSE system for switching the glue roller to forward or reverse rotation

Electrical and mechanical pre-installation for use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE glue on EVA-operated machines.

NC axis for fine milling unit
Kit for automatic setting of tracing rollers and tools according to edge type/thickness. Adjustment via the controller.
Pair of multi-profile cutters for fine milling: bevel milling 25 degrees, R=2 mm + R=1 mm, and straight profile for solid wood.

NC axis for profile milling unit
Kit for automatic adjustment of the tracer according to edge thickness. Adjustment via controller. Option for corner-only processing.

NC axis for scraper unit
Kit for automatic setting of tracing rollers and scraper tools according to edge type/thickness. Adjustment via controller.
