It enables regeneration of meals in the hot air compartment, liquid foods in the "soup regeneration unit," as well as cooling of cold dishes in a mobile unit. Equipped with sneeze guard and integrated heated shelf. Ideal for use as a mobile self-service station. All functions (cooling, hot air, heated shelf, heated serving surfaces, soup regeneration) can be controlled separately. The perfect assistant for any kitchen.
