Fine pastry / dough processing line "Canolino" 5.2 with approx. 65 x 520 cm plastic conveyor belt, year 2004, designed for the production of a wide range of products such as various puff pastry items with or without filling, yeast dough products, and other bakery specialties.

The "Canolino" line is easy to operate and is built in a modular, mobile (on wheels) design. It features a dough sheet calibrating head, a wide selection of different cutting rollers (incl. croissant roller or special roller for "Stutenkerle"), a water-droplet moistening station, a volumetric filling head (V4 F) / electric screw doser with 4 outlets, suitable for dosing creamy products with spot, continuous, or interval dosing, a motorized rolling roller, for example, for pinwheels or other rolled products, various rolling and folding tools as well as pressure rollers, and a motorized guillotine knife for crosswise cutting. Perfect for use in small and medium-sized bakeries.

The extensive and easily mountable accessory set can be changed in a very short time, almost without tools. The electric guillotine can also be moved to the desired position. The system is predominantly manually controlled, which ensures very simple operation and longevity.

All components and accessories are electrically operated (including the filling unit and the guillotine knife), so no compressed air is required.

The line and all accessories (as shown in the photos) are in good "bakery condition" and are offered for sale fully cleaned and ready for operation.
