1. Image Processing System
Equipped with hardware and software enabling detection of various defects according to sorting requirements—normally based on color, with options for bright/dark detection as well as shape and size differentiation. Up to 16 criteria can be used in total. Sorting programs and individual selection filters can be saved.

2. Ejector Unit, including 6 solenoid valves with 9 outlets each for ejecting defective product.

3. Mechanical Structure consisting of:
• Stainless steel or coated aluminum for all product-contact parts
• Chute usable from both sides
• Frame made of painted steel with food-grade coating for all other parts

The color sorter is currently configured for operation with one chute. The current frame allows expansion to up to three chutes.
