Additional door for fast emptying, drum narrower and deeper than competitors’ models for more even temperature distribution, patented agitator in cooling tray, fill-drop flap with weight (so the hopper remains closed during roasting).

Only 1,250 batches roasted so far from late 2019 until now. Clean, lubricated, and maintained. Never roasted to second crack, so no burnt oil residue. Includes connection hoses for propane gas cylinders with 1 Bar regulator, including safety valves before the roaster.

I used it only about 20 times for roasting courses, so LIKE NEW! Also propane powered, like the large model, with 3 motors for simultaneous roasting and cooling, manual dials instead of touchscreen. Propane hose (Austrian fittings) included with 50 mbar regulator.
