General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 250 / 80 ton column-type hydraulic spinning press is a highly rigid four-column hydraulic press solution, designed for metal spinning, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The ST52 grade steel frame undergoes a stress-relief process using vibration techniques, thereby maintaining high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during long-term operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be finely adjusted via a touch panel.

Utilizing hydraulic equipment from REXROTH or PARKER, an IE3 motor class, and PLC-controlled structure, it offers high efficiency and reliable operation. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With its 250 / 80 ton capacity, this model is the ideal industrial press solution for medium and high tonnage metal spinning, deep drawing, and die applications.
