General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and drawing (spinning/flanging) applications. The 8-gib H-frame structure ensures maximum rigidity during pressing operations; parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained throughout the stroke.

The CHSP 250/80 model, with a main ram capacity of 250 tons and a cushion/pot capacity of 80 tons, is designed for medium to high tonnage deep drawing and sheet-forming operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved via vibration to guarantee long service life and reliable operation.
