New custom-made batch pasteurizers available on request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for the pasteurization of milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, the brewing industry, and more.
APPLICATIONS:
* Milk Processing: Widely used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and dairy products.
* Cheese Production: Used prior to cheese manufacturing to ensure product safety.
* Ice Cream Production: Pasteurizes the base mix before it is made into ice cream.
ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION:
* Cost-effective: Often less expensive than continuous pasteurizers for small and medium-sized operations.
* Flexibility: Suitable for small batches or diverse products and recipes.
* Quality Control: Allows better control over the pasteurization process.
Capacity (liters): 300
Control Panel: Stainless steel control box, control elements, thermometer controller, agitator ON/OFF, chart recorder;
Heating Options: Heating elements, hot water, and steam
Milk Pasteurization: 68–75°C
Maximum Temperatures: 95°C
Cooling Options: Connection to ice reservoir and cold water circulation through jacket; plate cooler connection at outlet;
Heating Time: Between 30 min and 1 h for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000, heating with hot water or steam;
Preheating Time: Between 30 min and 1 hour for BPT100 to BPT500 series with heating elements; BPT600–BPT2000: heating with HOT water or steam;
Cooling Time: 30 min to 45 min, depending on cooling temperature; plate cooler standard at 30 min;
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple jacketed with insulation;
Agitation: Slow stirring with double support on two levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream;
Cleaning: Internal spray ball for uniform cleaning by circulating hot water and food-industry cleaning chemicals;
Automation: We offer full automation for our batch pasteurizers, controlling the entire cycle from heating to cooling. Additional costs apply for automation.
Lids: Two foldable covers for easy cleaning and inspection;
Product Outlet: DIN40–DIN50 on semi-cone to ensure full product discharge;
