New batch pasteurizers made to measure upon request. We offer new batch pasteurizers for the food and beverage industry. Our BPT series is suitable for pasteurizing milk, ice cream mix, ice cream fermentation, sauce production, the brewery industry, and more.
APPLICATIONS:
* Milk processing: Commonly used in the dairy industry for pasteurizing milk and dairy products.
* Cheese production: Applied before cheese making to ensure product safety.
* Ice cream production: Pasteurizes the base mix before being processed into ice cream.
ADVANTAGES OF BATCH PASTEURIZATION:
* Cost-effective: Often more affordable than continuous pasteurizers for small to medium-sized operations.

Cooling time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on cooling temperature; plate heat exchanger typically 30 minutes.
Structure: Stainless steel 316L and 304, triple jacket with insulation.
Agitation: Slow stirring with double supports on two levels; high-shear mixing for ice cream.
Cleaning: Internal spray ball for even cleaning by circulating hot water and food-grade chemicals.
Automation: Fully automated cycle from heating to cooling available for an extra charge.
Access: Two large fold-up covers for easy cleaning and inspection.
Product outlet: DIN40-DIN50 at half-cone to ensure complete product discharge.
Applications: Milk pasteurization / ice cream mix / ice cream fermentation / sauces.
Lead time: 5–8 weeks from order. Delays possible during COVID-19.
