Complete production and bottling line of a brewpub brewery, consisting of the following components: 1. Milling Plant Grist mill with malt feed hopper and tubular chain conveyor system for malt grist. 2. Brewhouse 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, year of manufacture 2013) as brewblock with copper-clad stainless steel vessel. Wort cooling is performed by a separately installed plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, year of manufacture 2013), followed by wort aeration. Also included is a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket. 3. Fermentation and Storage Cellar 4 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, year of manufacture 2013), each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. 3 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013), each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled via a central control cabinet. Additionally, 2 further cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, year of manufacture 2013) with a gross volume of 14.7 hl each and a maximum pressure of 3 bar are available. The temperature control of these two cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is managed by a separate control cabinet. 4. Bright Beer/Serving Tank Cellar 5 upright bright beer tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished ends, each with 10.5 hl gross capacity and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. 5. Bottling Siphon filler/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads. Keg internal and external washer (Scheuer) with spray nozzles in a stainless steel housing and caustic tank in the base frame. Keg filling station with taps for direct filling of kegs from the bright beer tanks. 6. Utilities/Technical Equipment Cooling plant (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) as ice water storage system with refrigerant R404a and 3 refrigeration compressors. Oil-free reciprocating air compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and compressed air refrigeration dryer (Kaeser, 2013) with refrigerant R134a. Air separator (AST) as nitrogen generator with separate nitrogen pressure tank.
