Funk F800 flake ice generator, year of manufacture 2021, with an output of approx. 700 to 800 kg ice capacity in 24 hours, in use for only around 3 years. The protective film is still on the unit (see photo). The ultra-thin flake ice is scraped from an internally cooled evaporator drum, which means it integrates well into dough mixtures, is not prone to clumping, and provides excellent cooling performance. Includes the patented “Funk EasyClean Light-Cleaning Principle” for compliance with the high international HACCP standard. The stainless steel cover is easily removable for quick access to all components requiring cleaning—DVGW compliant. Very simple manual operation without electronics or computer, with manual rinse function. The machine is fully functional, perfect for regulating dough temperatures in warmer seasons with the addition of flake ice. The flake ice does not cause (mechanical) issues in dough mixers. The machine is ready to connect (plug & play) and mobile on castors.
