6 decks (the lower 3 designed as pull-out hearths), approx. 125 x 160 cm baking area per deck, i.e. approx. 12 m² total baking area, incl. suitable peeling apparatus.

Exceptionally uniform baking climate thanks to the thermo-oil system, excellent steam injection, 2 heating circuits, the lower 3 decks feature a "turbo function" with air circulation. Full stainless steel cladding, incl. exhaust hood with approx. 1 m overhang. Simple, manual controls without complicated and failure-prone electronics.

The oven is in well-maintained condition and is still installed and operational. For dismantling and removal, a double door approx. 160 x 230 cm is available. Oven and thermo-oil boiler must be professionally separated for dismantling and the thermo-oil must be collected according to specifications. External dimensions: approx. 180 cm overall width, approx. 250 cm depth plus hood overhang, and 230 cm height.
Plus separate heating boiler: approx. 100 x 100 x 180 cm, type "KO100", 100 kW heating capacity, 53 litres volume, 400 V connection, 4.8 kW electric connection.
