This listing features a universal pass-through dishwasher/rack conveyor machine manufactured by Hobart, model UXTHL 10A/SEF. Thanks to its increased insertion height of 880mm, this unit is ideal for washing bakery trays (800 x 400 mm) placed upright and, for example, for stacking and washing several baker’s baskets at once. Its versatility for large wash loads makes it especially appealing for bakeries, butcher shops, and caterers. The automatic hood lift is a significant advantage and makes operation easier for your staff. The hood dishwasher comes with a sturdy inlet table equipped with a new pre-rinse spray arm (gooseneck) and a generously sized sink, plus a fully enclosed base section.

The entire system has been comprehensively overhauled in our in-house workshop and is sold with a 6-month warranty on all electrical components. Included in the offer is the pictured Hobart water softener, compatible with the machine.
