New demonstration machine!! List price: €52,742 net. Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact panel and base frame, with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed as a sacrificial plate in 19 mm MDF. Table openings pre-equipped longitudinally and transversely. Mechanical set consisting of profile guides incl. profile guide carriages, ball screw and precision rack and pinion. All elements mounted, pre-lubricated including trial run, ready for immediate operation. Control set consisting of control cables, cable chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance end stages, power supply and toroidal transformer, fully preassembled in control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Switching relays for automatic control of the existing extraction system. Brush seals as dust protection, as well as CE-compliant safety devices through a mobile extraction device and laser scanner mounted on one side for workspace monitoring, with 275° and 5.5 m field extension (machine positioned in a room corner). Handheld control unit equipped with all necessary functions for operating the machine, including emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor for determining tool length and for changing the active zero point offset. Vacuum table: Milling bed constructed as a vacuum table, consisting of four regulated segments. Cross table made of PE with a top plate of uumpumpe from Becker company with a performance of 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For the power connection of the vacuum pump, you need a 16-amp 400 V plug for alternating current. The customer must provide HDF 3mm double-sided raw for the whole vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended use: machining of coated wood-based materials)
