INOXDUBRA Sudhaus

Overview This complete brewery and bottling line was mainly built between 2018 and 2019, with some auxiliary equipment dating from earlier years. It comprises all key process units for brewing, fermenting, filtering, filling, and packaging beer – from grain milling to palletizing. The plant was operated by a brewery that has since ceased operation and is now being sold as a complete package. All machines are in good working condition.

Filler – Schilpp Contibloc 20/5 (1974), 20 valves, 5 crowner heads (26 mm), up to 4,000 bottles/hour (0.33 l bottles)
Labeler – Enos Euro C5000, up to 5,000 bottles/hour, compatible with bottles and cans
Carton closer – Robopac Robotape 50 M (2004), top/bottom sealing
Forklift – Nissan S01 D 16 U (1991), 1.5 t capacity, 4.5 m lift height

Filtration, water, and air systems
Filtration skid – Cespedes 3-stage (2018), 5/3/1 μm filters + cleaning water circuit
Dechlorination filter – Pentair DAQ Magnum, 6,000 l/h, activated carbon
Air compressor – Kaeser SM 13, screw compressor, 7.5 kW, with 500 l tank

Grain mill – Skiold Bemvig RS280, 5.5 kW, 1,000 kg/h
