Offered is a next-generation rapid chiller/blast freezer from Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional rapid chiller MultiFresh is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN trays. Maximum capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touchscreen display capable of rapid chilling and blast freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo model, designed for rapid chilling & blast freezing only (no warm functions). The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door is left-hinged, and the unit is equipped with a 5-point core temperature probe. The device is on castors, with 2 featuring brakes.
