This is a state-of-the-art blast chiller/shock freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. The MultiFresh multifunction rapid chiller is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers. Maximum loading capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touch display and is capable of both rapid chilling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene feature, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria for maximum odor neutrality. It is the Essenziell Turbo model, dedicated solely to rapid chilling and shock freezing (no heating features). The cooling system is air-cooled. Door hinged on the left; also equipped with a five-point core temperature probe. The appliance stands on castors—two with parking brakes.

Important for buyers: A certified Irinox technician will commission (set up) and provide instruction for this unit free of charge. This product qualifies for subsidies under the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA) program for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems – applications can be submitted via BAFA.

The device offers a total of 55 slots for shelves/racks.
Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN are included, which provides 15 shelf positions.
Additional GN rails or wider rails for the 60x40 cm baker's standard can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN support rails costs €36 net, one pair of baker's standard rails €69 net plus shipping. You also have the option of fitting a multirack to double the number of shelf levels for 1/1 GN trays.
