The filler is made of stainless steel (AISI 304). The storage tank is positioned above the filler and can be connected directly to a pasteurizer using the DIN 25 connection. The electrical control unit is mounted laterally for easier operation.

The bottle filler and the bag-in-box filler are connected by two separate valves and can be used either together or independently.

Bag-in-Box Filler: Semi-automatic model IBB 200, featuring an induction stainless steel litre counter. Non-gravity filling system. Volumetric pump 1.1 kW with flexible EPDM impeller. Touch screen operation for cycle setting, parameters, and cleaning. Vacuum and nitrogen injection are freely adjustable within the cycle. The built-in air compressor enables continuous operation.
