Overview
This brewhouse was manufactured in 2022 by the Chinese company JingYing. It is being sold due to the expansion of the current brewery. The brewhouse is a 3-vessel tower system, steam-heated, and in very good, well-maintained condition. The system is still within its functional warranty at the time of delivery and is available immediately.

- Steam generator: Electrically heated, 72 kW (≈1 °C/min for 10 hl water)
- Ancillary Equipment: Cold water tank 30 hl (insulated, cooling jacket), malt mill 300 kg/h, CIP equipment, tri-clamp fittings, hoses, valves, seals, sampling devices
- Additional: Set of 10 solenoid valves (one per fermenter, automatic control for individual cooling via shared glycol circuit)

- Overall height incl. control cabinet: 2860 mm (this is the highest point of the plant)
- Platform height: 1100 mm (operator platform can be shortened if required)
