THE POWERFUL BENDING MACHINE FOR WORKSHOP AND INSTALLATION

The compact and mobile bending machine enables precise and repeatable bending up to an outside diameter of 60 mm both stationary and directly on site. A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox ensure a strong drive.

Position detection directly on the bending axis ensures optimal bending accuracy. The bending angle setting is quick and easy via a user-friendly, menu-guided touchscreen interface, guaranteeing even more intuitive operation.

For more complex bending tasks, up to 100 bending programs can be stored, each supporting a series of up to eight bends per geometry. The multifunctional control system allows variable adjustment of the bending speed for forward and return motion, and offers a parameterizable overbend function to compensate for material spring-back.

With the help of four material curves, the material is automatically overbent to the required bending angle, achieving precise bending results.

The principle of “stationary tube and rotating tool” ensures the machine requires minimal floor space during operation. For thin-walled tubes, sliding shoes are used to achieve wrinkle-free bends and to bend arcs with minimal deformation, for example in stainless steel and copper tubes.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square, and round bars can be bent easily. The KBV small bending device attachment enables extremely small bending radii.
