Concrete distributor with crane bridge

Intended use:
The concrete distributor is designed for loading formwork pallets with concrete. It can process concretes with consistency classes F1 to F5.

Longitudinal travel carriage:
The longitudinal travel carriage is a welded steel structure equipped with 4 running wheels, 2 of which are driven via a gearbox. Power supply is provided by a Vahle conductor rail (Vahle rail not included).

Cross travel carriage:
The cross travel carriage is also a welded steel structure fitted with 4 running wheels. The cross travel carriage moves along the longitudinal carriage and includes a guide system for lowering the bucket for concrete loading.

Bucket:
Two slides are bolted onto the bucket, which house hydraulic cylinders that lower the bucket (1,250 mm) for filling with concrete. The bucket is filled via a side-mounted hopper. Two inspection or cleaning covers are located at the bottom of the bucket.

Spike roller:
The spike roller is driven by an adjustable hydraulic motor. This allows it to be used both as a dosing aid and to prevent arching/bridging. Speed and direction can be controlled from the operator panel.

Shut-off slide:
Consists of 12 slides, which can be actuated individually or in three groups. Opening and closing are performed by hydraulic cylinders. Each slide has a discharge width of 150 mm, total discharge width is 1,800 mm. Flow rate can be adjusted via an additional cylinder (adjustment range 35 mm – 110 mm).

Control of concrete distributor and bridge:
The operator rides along with the concrete distributor.
