The welding and assembly tables of the SMT fix series are robust, everyday workstations designed for handling heavy workpieces, the use of electrically powered tools, or work involving chemicals or oily substances. The solid steel worktop, up to 20 mm thick, easily withstands heavy impacts and blows—such as those encountered during work with heavy hand tools or while handling very heavy metal workpieces—without suffering permanent deformation or indentations.

The metallic worktop permits unrestricted use of magnetic clamps for securing components. Despite its 800 mm working height, the table’s high intrinsic weight ensures sufficient stability against tipping, even when supporting heavy items or tools.
