Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT Fix series serve as 3D clamping stations for the efficient manufacturing of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, such as jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the comprehensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be flexibly equipped as modular jigs, enabling high-quality production of small and medium-sized batches.

The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, which is equipped with a Ø28 mm hole matrix. Additionally, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The perforated table design allows for the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can optionally be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or also high-strength materials such as ST70, in deviation from the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear, making the table system particularly sustainable and durable.
