- KASPAR SCHULZ lauter tun for up to 80 hl per brew. Year of manufacture: approx. 1980. 12 extraction zones. Equipped with a top-driven raking system (steel rake suspension), stainless steel rakes and a brass false bottom. Spent grains discharge via eccentric screw conveyor.

- KASPAR SCHULZ stainless steel whirlpool. Year of manufacture: approx. 1980.

- 80 hl stainless steel tank, year approx. 1980, insulated and clad, used as hot water reservoir for mash and sparge water.

- Shell-and-tube heat exchanger, year approx. 2000, insulated, for heating cold water for mashing and sparging.

- Brewhouse control system by Bischoff, fully automatic, programmed interlinking.
