After the cutting process, a fork unit lifts the processed metal sheet from the change table. Simultaneously, a new sheet is transferred from the connected storage system by a vacuum unit. Once the sheet is positioned next to the laser system, it is loaded into the machine by the unloader. This entire process takes just one minute. LaserFLEX virtually eliminates downtime for integrated laser cutting systems, providing optimal support even for lasers with high processing speeds. Special features: - Changeover times of approx. one minute (for 3015) - Highly automated manufacturing processes - Decoupling of loading and unloading operations for the laser cutting system - Manufacturer-independent integration with laser systems - Flexible storage configuration using tower stores or large-scale systems - Reduced downtime for processing machines - Connection of multiple laser systems in line arrangement - Integration into existing storage and production environments - Intuitive, graphical touchscreen operation with visual status management - Modern industrial design Fast, flexible solution for automation of laser systems Increased productivity in laser processing Fastest sheet change time on the market Seamless integration into existing production environments Handling of all types of sheet blanks Efficient supply and removal for multiple laser systems Intuitive, graphical touchscreen operation with visual status management Innovative, modern industrial design Condition: good Available: immediately Location: 46419 Isselburg
