The fruits are transferred by the sorting table into the washing tank and then further transported to the washing brushes, where the first cleaning phase begins. Using the conveyor belt, the fruits are conveyed under the fresh water shower to the swing-type grating mill, where the desired fineness of processing for the fruit or vegetables takes place. Thanks to the swing-type grating mill, the system can also be used purely as a washing and conveying unit without conversion.
