Fully automatic operation for any angle between 30° and 135°, length, and quantity. Easy program creation and management of up to 255 programs. The operator inputs the sawing assignment via a cutting diagram on the display screen. Input errors are minimized, ensuring easy and secure creation of production orders by different operators.

- MEBA High-Performance Package:
Saw feed via servo-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimal settings for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid materials and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
- Fast and precise material lengthwise feed via rack and pinion drive and AC motor, with a max. stroke length of 2300 mm with integrated roller track up to 3000 mm
- Both jaws of the gripper feed system open

- Saw frame in solid, low-vibration welded steel construction
- Saw band inclined 3° to the material support surface for maximum cutting performance and blade life, especially in structural steel profiles
- Combined saw band guidance, precision bearings to gently redirect the saw bands. Chamfered carbide sliding guides for band guidance
- Miter rotation point (zero point) is the intersection between the saw band and the fixed clamping jaw, so length measurement remains unchanged when changing angles. Automatic compensation for kerf width at any angle position
- NC angle programming. On a separate operator console (standard for these machines)
- Patented double-miter clamping vice system (ERP No....). Automatic positioning of the clamping vices; the material clamping vice moves automatically in line with the set miter, ensuring the material is always clamped square to and close to the saw band. Clamping is performed with full-stroke cylinders
- Rapid descent of the saw frame via automatic height adjustment strip to just above the sawing material. In series cutting, the saw frame only rises slightly above the material, allowing quick repositioning for the next cut. Optimized cycle times for single and series cuts
- AC frequency-controlled saw band drive, steplessly adjustable from 15 to 150 m/min
- Backlash-free preloaded, low-maintenance ball recirculation linear guides on material infeed and saw frame feed for smooth, jerk-free operation
